We met at hospitality school and became close friends. Our careers took us along different paths; time brought us back together as a couple, and then as the team our guests now know.

We combine the discipline of luxury hospitality with the warmth of an Andalusian home—from a simple dinner to every meal of your holiday. The format changes; our personal care never does.

Why the name Mery Rose Mery?

Mery is the name our guests know, drawn from María, her second name. “Rose Mery” is an intentional nod to Romero—rosemary, the countryside and our roots. It also echoes merry: gathering, eating well and celebrating life.

Before you invite us into your villa.

Will Mery and Alfredo personally cook for us?

Mery and Alfredo personally design and normally deliver every confirmed experience. In the exceptional circumstances described in our Terms, a qualified professional may support the founder who remains present if one is unable to attend for a justified reason.

Is food included in the estimate?

The calculator shows the service fee, an indicative food investment, selected extras and VAT. Your final proposal is reviewed personally around the menu, villa and dates.

Do you cook everything in the villa?

Yes. Every dish is prepared in the villa—never in a satellite or off-site kitchen. The kitchen’s real capacity therefore determines the suitable menu and guest number.

What is reviewed before every experience is confirmed?

For every single, multi-day or multi-week service, we require clear photos, video or an inspection of the working space, ovens and hobs, refrigeration or walk-in fridges, freezers, dry storage, dishwasher, BBQ and dining areas.

Do you bring tableware or kitchen equipment?

No. Included table styling uses the villa’s own confirmed crockery, cutlery, glassware and linen. We bring our professional knives and printed menus, but not pots, pans, tableware or additional kitchen equipment. Any required rentals are quoted separately through external suppliers.

Can you look after us for several days?

Yes. Half-Day and Full-Time Villa Assistance are designed for families and groups who want a consistent culinary rhythm throughout their stay.

Can you accommodate allergies and preferences?

Yes. We create a private family dossier covering allergies, dietary requirements, favourite dishes, drinks, timings and the way your group likes to eat.
