The land
Andalusian countryside, seasons, work and the quiet sense of place that shapes our cooking.

The land, product and slower Andalusian rhythm behind Mery Rose Mery.
One brand, a wider world
Our villa experiences travel to the guest. El Acebuche brings the story back to its source: Ronda, olive trees, our own extra virgin olive oil, the countryside and the kind of hospitality that begins long before anyone sits at the table.
This is a developing personal project—not a finished venue or a second catering company. The Journal will document it honestly as the land, house and future experiences evolve.
Andalusian countryside, seasons, work and the quiet sense of place that shapes our cooking.
A family relationship with extra virgin olive oil and the product at the heart of our table.
A white rural home becoming a more personal expression of warm, unforced hospitality.
A space for stories, food, landscape and carefully considered experiences when the project is ready.

Andalusian soul, made visible
El Acebuche gives future clients a deeper reason to understand our menus: where our instincts come from, why we value seasonality and why hospitality for us feels generous rather than formal.
“A future built around land, food and the way we want people to feel when they are welcomed.”Follow the story in the Journal →
El Acebuche Blanco is being introduced first as an editorial and lifestyle universe. Availability, visits or bookable experiences will only be announced when they are genuinely ready.
