Made by us. Sourced with the same standards.
We cook the menu personally in your villa and use the contracted hours where they bring the most value. If a specialist item cannot reasonably be produced within that time—artisan bread, ice cream or certain desserts, for example—we select it from trusted local makers and excellent patisseries.
It is chosen by us, with the same care as every ingredient, and included transparently in your final proposal.

Tailor-made family stays
For a longer villa holiday, we create a private family dossier rather than repeating isolated menus. The structure below is based on a real working format, with all identifying details removed. The final plan and guest capacity are confirmed only after reviewing the villa’s working kitchen and storage.
Estimate a multi-day stay →We record allergies, dislikes, favourite cuisines, children’s needs, meal times and the way the family prefers to eat.
Breakfast staples, drinks, snacks, condiments and special requests are planned so the house feels ready from day one.
Breakfast can be staggered; lunches and dinners can move between plated, buffet and sharing service as the holiday evolves.
Every two or three days we revisit the plan, respond to new wishes and keep ten days of food varied, balanced and personal.
